Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During weekends, holidays, sales events, or high order volume periods, preparation may take a little longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Payment may fail for several reasons, such as incorrect card details, insufficient balance, bank restrictions, billing address mismatch, or payment security checks.
If your payment was not completed, your order may not have been successfully placed. You can try again with another payment method or contact your bank for more information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund it. For shipped orders, customized items, opened products, or personal preference returns, refund eligibility may be limited.
